Commissioner Alan Blidz (the dilz) is championing the parking permits for Sunset Beach residents ONLY. This means the other residents of TI who pay for fire, police and infrastructure in that area will not be allowed to park there.
Later the good commissioner who wants my taxes dollars to help pay for all of this said he doesn't want baseball stadiums downtown (what this has to do with TI is beyond me) because he can go to Roselli Park and watch baseball. Hold on nose picker! If you want to come to Isle of Capri and park for free at Roselli Park, we want you to have a parking pass for Capri, since you are discriminating us in you little part of the world.

Bildz is Anit-American (no July 4th fireworks) anti-buisness (has done nothing for downtown which is in his district) anti-Treasure Island (non Sunset Beach residents keep out). That's why he only received 162 votes in the last election.

Maybe the turd flusher could suggest a gate for all cars at the entrance to Sunset Beach and one on Blind Pass for boats and have other parts of Treasure Island an St Pete Beach pay for it all this and keep out all of those undesirables..you know the ones like us who pay for it..out of that paradise know as Scumset Beach.
It time for someone down there to finally see this yoyo for what he is and get him out of there.

I'm glad st. Pete beach is waking up. Wish we (Treasure Island) weren't so slow. Why don't you run for commissioner. That could be fun!!! You might need to spend even more time at Ricky T's to deal with that crew!!
What only makes sense is to have certain areas of the Island have increased density so we can get some tourism dollars back and revive the down town. The Bucaneer site and part of downtown and where Gators area would be just enough and not make us like a Clearwater Beach or Miami Beach.
I would still rather also go to the thought of a brick on its side is the same density as one that is upright and then have some space between buildings where we can enjoy the view rather than the 5 story Berlin wall we are getting now. In those areas the density would be the same.

Thanks for the letter and support. Ricky T's nor any other saloon in this town has enough booze to get me drunk enough to be part of the Tuesday Night Follies.
As far as density goes, the origninal plan was to exchange height and density for green space between the buildings. Sort of like what Heide Horack suggested at the last meeting.
Your right, we got no tall buildings, no green space between buildings and no money to run the city.
